- Booking & Cancellation Policy
If a customer books any grooming or related service and cancels after our agent has arrived at the location, a ₹350 convenience/visit charge will be applicable. - This charge is applicable to compensate for travel time, effort, and operational costs.
In case the pet (dog or cat) is aggressive or uncooperative during the grooming session, the pet owner is required to assist by holding or managing the pet. If, even after the owner’s assistance, the grooming service cannot be completed or is refused by the pet, a ₹350 convenience/visit charge will be applicable.
